This privacy policy explains the methods of processing personal data, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, also known as GDPR. Any changes made to this document, in order to comply with updates and/or implementations of applicable laws and regulations, will be published on our website: https://www.agiliumworldwide.it/.

1) Data Controller and Joint Data Controller

The Joint Data Controller is TALENT 4 PEOPLE S.r.l., with its registered office at Via Madonna del Riposo 75, 00165, Rome, and operational offices at Via Trebbia 5, 00198, Rome, and Via Torino 2, 20123, Milan. Contact details are the same as above.

These companies have regulated their relationship through a joint controller agreement under Article 26(1) of the GDPR, which is available to data subjects upon request via email at info@agiliumworldwide.it or info@talent4people.it.

2) Data Protection Officer (DPO)

3) Source of Data

Your data are collected through:

Registration on the reserved area of our portal;

Via email;

Through third-party websites or social networks where our company posts job offers (on behalf of client companies or on its own behalf) or views candidate profiles.

4) Purpose of Processing

Personal data will be processed to perform our corporate activities, mainly personnel search and selection. This includes sending CVs to potential clients to highlight profiles and inform candidates about future job opportunities via email, phone, mail, and/or other communication means.

Our company does not pursue commercial activities, advertising, solicitation of purchases, market research, or telephone surveys; therefore, no secondary purpose is envisaged.

In particular, data are processed for:

Registration on the reserved area, either in response to a specific job advertisement or voluntary application;

Future personnel search and selection activities.

5) Processing Methods and Profiling

Data processing is based on fairness, lawfulness, and transparency principles, with appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability, preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

Automated processing and non-solely automated decision-making (including profiling) will be used. For example, searches in our database based on availability, skills, salary levels, and previous feedback.

Personality and aptitude tests might be used, for which specific consent will be requested.

6) Types of Data

We may collect information such as age, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, citizenship, marital status, contact details, education level, work experience, references, and photos. Depending on the position, we might request further details, such as pending charges, current salary, pensions, indemnities, or future employment needs.

7) Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing your data for search and selection purposes, including profiling, is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, to be optionally provided through the site or directly at our offices.

8) Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal

Providing data is necessary for registration and participation in the selection process. Refusal will prevent registration. Consent for data processing can be given via the candidate area on the website or at our offices.

9) Data Retention Period

Data will be kept for:

10 years after registration or last interaction with the site (access, update, or CV upload), unless you consent to an extended retention period.

Data related to legal claims will be stored for the duration of the litigation and appeal deadlines.

Data included in accounting and tax records will be retained for 10 years as required by law. After these periods, data will be deleted or anonymized.

10) Security Measures

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access, as per Article 32 of the GDPR, including measures to handle suspected data breaches.

11) Communication and Disclosure of Personal Data

Personal data may be disclosed to:

Client companies involved in the recruitment process;

Our employees;

Consultants and professionals;

Other companies in case of partnerships or group relationships;

Companies managing the website and databases;

Personal data will not be publicly disclosed.

12) Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries

If your data needs to be transferred to non-EU countries, it will only occur:
