Alberto began his career in 1995 as a Consultant in the Human Resources field. He gained extensive experience in HR roles, particularly as HR Development Manager and Labor Relations Manager, in international pharmaceutical companies until 2003. He then became a Partner at MEGA HR Consulting Group, specializing in Executive & Professional Search, Managerial Appraisals, Development Centers, and Management Consulting for both national and multinational clients. Alberto holds a degree in Business Economics and a Master’s in Cognitive Behavioral Psychology and is fluent in English. With 20+ years of experience in complex Executive Search projects at national and international levels, as well as in Executive Appraisals and Leadership Services, Alberto has been the Managing Partner of AGILIUM WORLDWIDE ITALY since its establishment in 2011.

Anna has more than 20+ years of experience in Managerial roles in multinational companies of FMCG and Industrial, in Marketing and Human Resources. She also has been use to support SME in starting the HR Department and she also acts as HR Temporary Manager. She collaborates as Advisor in Human Resources with Belloni & Associates.

Erika graduated in Interpreting and Translation and began her career in 2009 at Mega HR Consulting Group, where she supported consultants in recruitment activities and office management. Since 2012, she has worked in the Recruiting Department of Agilium Worldwide Italy, where she is still involved in executive search projects. Since 2014, she has also worked as a Consultant at Talent4People, managing Search & Selection projects. Erika has developed solid and extensive experience as a Recruiter in Executive Search projects and as a Consultant in Search & Selection assignments.

Claudia began her career at Praxi as an HR Assistant, where she gained experience in various areas of Human Resources. She has supported projects in Recruitment and Selection, Executive Search, and Assessment & Development Centers. Since 2019, she has been working as a Senior Recruiter & Consultant at Talent4People, managing Search & Selection and HR Development projects, as well as Executive Search assignments for Agilium Worldwide Italy.
Giulia Leo
Giulia initially pursued a career in the healthcare sector in various international contexts before transitioning to Human Resources in 2017. Since then, she has contributed to projects in Recruitment and Selection, Executive Search, and Assessment & Development Centers at Agilium Worldwide Italy. She also collaborates on Search & Selection and HR Development projects as a Recruiter & Consultant at Talent4People.
